I acknowledge that I am waiving, for the duration of the authorization granted to me under ESTA, any right to review or appeal a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer's determination as to my admissibility, or to contest, other than on the basis of an application for asylum, any action for deportation arising from a request for admission under the Visa Waiver Program.
Furthermore, as a condition of my admission to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program, I agree that submission of my biometric data (including fingerprints and photographs) upon arrival in the United States constitutes a reaffirmation of my waiver of any right to review or appeal a U.S. CBP officer's determination as to my admissibility, or to contest, other than on the basis of an application for asylum, any deportation action arising from a request for admission under the Visa Waiver Program.

FOR THIRD PARTIES: As a third party submitting this application on behalf of the applicant, I declare that I have read to the individual named on this form (the applicant) all the statements contained in this application.
